Original Canadian WWI Early National Red Ensign Flag (1868-1921) with Wreathed Nametag for Phyllis Hessin - 35 ½ x 52” Spanish Artillery built in 1897 with AssemblyOriginal Item. Only One Available. This is a lovely early example of a Canadian Red Ensign flag, measuring roughly 35 x 52 and is a single piece construction with a header. This variation is mostly found on flags from the 1870s and 1880s, with the wreath and Tudor crown. This exact style with the very specific shield design dates from 1868 1921, making this a confirmed WWI Era example. The flag is in good overall condition with some stitching loss
